Cancellation Policy

Full refunds issued more than 24 hrs before the booking date If within 24 hours no refund will be given but a name change or date change is possible upon request, please email as soon as possible to bestblueadventureco@gmail.com Please check the weather before attending, most tours will not be cancelled with adverse weather, in the case of extremely large weather events or dangerous conditions there is a possibility the tour will be cancelled. If so full refunds will be given. No refunds will be given if guests attend the tour without the required walking ability of 5kms and 200 steep stairs and appropriate footwear to conduct said hiking activity and is asked to wait for the group for up to 3 hours. Minimum 6 persons required to run the tour, in the event of less a full refund will be issued or the option to change date.
